Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MockupX. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of images, text, and designs you bring to MockupX. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use and export that content. You may use your exported mockups for personal or commercial work.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not use MockupX to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Billing and purchases

MockupX Pro is offered as a $9.99 monthly subscription or a ONE-TIME $99 lifetime purchase through Stripe Checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew each month until canceled through the Stripe billing portal. The lifetime purchase does not renew. Promotional discounts may reduce the lifetime checkout amount; the price displayed in Stripe Checkout is the amount charged. AppSumo access follows the applicable AppSumo deal terms and license status. Each AppSumo code may be redeemed once, belongs to the account that redeems it, and cannot be stacked with another AppSumo code.

Service and liability

MockupX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, MockupX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
