Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MockupX. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of images, text, and designs you bring to MockupX. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use and export that content. You may use your exported mockups for personal or commercial work.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not use MockupX to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown during Stripe Checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. AppSumo access follows the applicable AppSumo deal terms and license status.

Service and liability

MockupX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, MockupX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
