Privacy Policy

MockupX collects the account details you provide, such as your name and email address, to authenticate you and deliver the service. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your verified email address, display name, profile image, and Google account identifier.

Images and designs

Images you add to the editor stay in your browser for the current editing session and are used to render your export. MockupX does not upload those editor images to its servers as part of the current product.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription payments. MockupX stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the plan status needed to provide your account, but does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Emails and infrastructure

Cloudflare hosts MockupX, its account database, and transactional email delivery. We use account information for verification, password recovery, security, support, and service operation.

Retention and choices

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support at support@mockupx.app.

Changes

We may update this policy as MockupX develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
