Privacy Policy

MockupX collects your email address to authenticate you and deliver the service. Registration and login use the same short-lived, four-digit email code flow.

Images and designs

Images you add directly to the editor stay in your browser for the current editing session and are used to render your export. If you choose “From phone,” the selected image is temporarily stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket so it can be transferred to your open desktop session. The transfer link expires after 10 minutes, the image is deleted as soon as the desktop receives it, and a one-day lifecycle rule removes abandoned transfer objects.

Payments

Stripe processes MockupX payments. MockupX stores the Stripe customer identifier and plan status needed to provide your account, but does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. For AppSumo redemption, MockupX stores a one-way hash and the final four characters of the code, together with the linked account and redemption time. The full AppSumo code is not stored.

Emails and infrastructure

Cloudflare hosts MockupX, its account database, and transactional email delivery. We use account information for sign-in codes, security, support, and service operation.

Retention and choices

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support at support@mockupx.app.

Changes

We may update this policy as MockupX develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
